We are looking for motivated Sales and Business Development Professionals preferably with experience in the Translation and Localization Industry.
They will be responsible for achieving sales targets through both new and existing accounts. The primary responsibility will be to determine new opportunities and analyzing needs of businesses that can benefit from SLT’s language solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization
2. Create presentations to market services to various decision making audiences
3. Represent the company in various conferences, trade fairs, and networking events
4. Coordinate with the marketing, project and delivery teams to implement sales initiatives
5. Conducting Market Research to identify target companies in chosen markets
6. Maintain weekly/monthly sales data and reports
7. Oversee entire sales process from start to finish with each customer
1. Identify, negotiate and manage strategic relationships with our customers/clients
2. Cross selling and upselling
3. Build strong relationships with the strategic clients
Co-ordination with Delivery:
1. Work closely with the Delivery Manager to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
2. Be responsible for providing critical information for all projects and ensure that these are clearly communicated to all stakeholders
3. Responsible for participating in the status meetings and ensuring that any action from them are executed
1. Track, monitor and maintain weekly/monthly sales data and reports
2. Maintaining data on CRM tools for use by the organization
Personal attributes and competencies:
1. 4-6 years’ experience in a sales environment
2. Atleast 2 years experience in Translation or Localization industry
3. Bachelor’s degree, MBA desirable
4. Proven ability to successfully thrive in a competitive environment and a consistent track record of identifying new business opportunities
5. Smart, creative, energetic, conscientious and an enthusiastic persona with strong problem solving skills.
