For any given translation or localization project, four teams are in action: Project Management, Production, Processing and QA.

Project Management Team |

The project management team manages and maintains the entire project from the point of initialization to final hand-off : oversees understanding of client requirements, pre-processing of source material, team selection, project assigning, reporting, project progress, troubleshooting, project delivery, communication with client team.
Production Team:
Consists of native translators and proofreaders - is responsible for translation, proofing, review, terminology list creation and maintenance, TM creation and maintenance, Change incorporation.
Processing/Engineering Team:
The processing team involves in pre-processing and post processing work, DTP, localization engineering support, general checks etc.
Review and QA Team:
The review team is responsible for quality checks such as spelling errors, correct grammar usage, missing or wrongly translated words, spacing issues, conformity with target usages, etc. The QA team tests the final documents for compliance with client requirements prior to hand-off.
